Welcome to Elevation Health and Wellness Spa hereinafter referred to as the (“Spa”). Please read this Legal Statement carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. General Disclaimer: The Spa provides relaxation and wellness services. Our treatments and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided on our website, brochures, or by our staff is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
  2. Health Conditions: Clients are required to inform the Spa of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns before booking any treatments. The Spa will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or consequences arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
  3. Appointments and Cancellations: Appointments can be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in-person at the Spa. We require a minimum of [24] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within [24] hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges: All sales of products and services are final. Refunds will not be issued for services rendered. Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit only if they are unopened, unused, and returned within [14] days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
  5. Liability Waiver: By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with spa treatments. The Spa, its employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur on the premises or as a result of our services. Clients agree to release and hold harmless the Spa from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of our services.
  6. Privacy Policy: The Spa is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process or while using our services will be used solely for the purpose of providing the best possible service.   7. Gift Cards and Vouchers: Gift cards and vouchers purchased from the Spa are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
  8. Code of Conduct: The Spa strives to provide a peaceful and respectful environment. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort and privacy of other clients and our staff. The Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
  9. Changes to Terms: The Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
